Anil Gurung is a dedicated Loan Officer focusing on tailored loan products for our clientele in Pennsylvania. Based out of central, PA, he is able to serve the entire state with all kinds of financing for new purchase as well as refinancing. Anil holds a bachelor’s degree in labor and human resources and an Associate’s degree in Graphic Design. In addition to finding tailored loan products, he is also a licensed insurance agent for property and casualty lines. He speaks fluent English and Nepali.

Start working with a real estate agent and viewing homes.

3: Loan Application

A few documents are needed to get a loan file through underwriting.

4: Loan Processing

Assemble all the necessary paperwork and details for the underwriter.

5: Underwriting

They closely evaluate all the documentation in the loan package.

6: Closing

Documents are drawn and sent to the title company for closing.
